I am bored. That said, things have been going pretty well recently.
I've been spending the summer mostly down here with Julie in Columbus, which is pretty awesome. Went to King's Island last weekend; I will get her to go on some more coasters eventually. Also, don't go on Firehawk if you value your life. That harness has some serious problems, I swear.
I'll be moving back in with my parents at least for a while as of September since Mike is doing the same and I'm not sure what Scott is doing but isn't staying in the apartment. Unfortunate, but probably cheaper. Though I do have to wrestle with the idea that I will literally be the nerd living in his parents' basement. ;^)
Been missing London a bit recently as well, it's hard to keep up with everyone without actually being there. Anyone up for getting together some time after I get back on the 11th? |

Been sick with some sort of cold for the last week or so; seems to be finally letting up recently. Huzzah! Of course, that also means I'll have to be up at 6:30 tomorrow yet again. Dah well. Beyond that, things have been rather uneventful for me recently, which has made me quite bored for the last little while. I'm finishing up my program at Fanshawe and am seeing about getting some advanced standing into a CS degree program at UWO or elsewhere, waiting to hear back from places now.

Four hour breaks are the suck. As are classes at 8 AM, but they're at least not going to bore me to death. I'm stuck here in the library computer lab without a laptop (as it's shipping on Thursday or so) and working off a heavily restricted (but easily worked around) desktop. I must figure out something to do! But it has not come to me yet.
In other news, my new laptop should be pretty awesome. I don't mind spending a bit more on it because it will probably be my main computer for a good while.
So yes. Entertain me. Please? |
